Cut your red onion into two large cloves. And put in your food processor or chop into pieces.

Pour in your white vinegar and olive oil as well as your salt and pepper.

Let the onion sit. Peel your avocado and cut it in half.

Stuff your seasoned onion in the avocado and squeeze some lime on top and add some salt and pepper to taste. And Boom! Your done ! Enjoy !
