  • 6apples
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 tbspbutter or kosher for passover parve margarine
  • Cinnamon & nutmeg or lemon juice

  1. 1

    Pare, core and slice apples.

  2. 2

    Line a pie plate with pastry; fill pastry with apples.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle with sugar, bits of butter and spices or lemon juice.

  4. 4

    Top with Matzos Pie Topping.

  5. 5

    Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes. Until Crust is Brown and fruit is soft.
