crumble beef into a 2 quart casserole dish

stirring twice, cook on high 4 minutes

drain off fat, reserving some to stir into flour

stir 1 cup cheese and olives into meat and set aside

in a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish, blend tomato paste, enchilada mix, flour and grease

stir in water

cover and cook on high 8 minutes

pour 1 cup prepared enchilada sauce evenly over the bottom of a 12 x 7 1/2" baking dish

dip 1 tortilla into remaining heated sauce

spoon some meat sauce in center of tortilla

fold sides of tortilla over filling

place seam side down in baking dish and repeat steps for remaining tortillas

sprinkle remaining cheese evenly over top

cover with plastic wrap and cook on medium for 8 minutes

rotate and cook on medium for 8 to 10 minutes longer
