
Chinese Duck Fantasy Salad

Combine all marinade ingredients. Marinade duck for 1/2 hour minimum. Reserve marinade.

Arrange noodles and vegetables on a large serving platter.

Heat oil in pan and sear duck fat side down. When brown, turn and cook until pink and tender. Add remaining marinade and simmer for 2 minutes. Reduce liquid.

Carve duck into slices and arrange over salad. Pour remaining juice over salad.
