Ingredients

30 mins
  • Dry
  • 1 1/4 cupflour
  • 1 1/4 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 tspbaking soda
  • 3/4 tspsalt
  • Wet
  • 2/3 cupsugar
  • 1/3 cupshortening
  • 2eggs
  • 2 tbspmilk
  • 2ripe bananas
  • 6 ozchocolate chips

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    preheat oven to 350°

  2. 2

    combine dry ingredienrts

  3. 3

    blend sugar and shortening

  4. 4

    blend in eggs and milk

  5. 5

    add in alternate dry and part of bananas

  6. 6

    fold in chocolate chips

  7. 7

    bake 1 hour. If needed add 5 minutes until done
