Ingredients

  1. 300 gmsChicken
  2. Red/Green Chilli 2 chopped diagonal
  3. 1Small Tomato finely chopped
  4. 1Small Onion thinly sliced
  5. 1 tspChilli flakes
  6. 4-5Garlic cloves finely chopped
  7. 1 inchGinger finely chopped
  8. 4-5French Beans cut into diagonal
  9. 1/4 cupCapsicum cut into cubes
  10. 1Carrot cut into big chunks desired shape
  11. 1 tspSichuan Peppercorns dry roasted and coarsely crush
  12. 2 tspRice flour (if not you can use corn flour)
  13. 2 tbspSpring onionchopped diagonal
  14. As neededcoriander leaves chopped
  15. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take the chicken in a pan. Add the thinly sliced onion, salt, tomato, chilli flakes and saute it in a low heat. Cover the pan with lid and let the chicken cook in it's own juice for around 5 mins.

    Now pour enough water and continue to cook for another 10-15 mins. Cooking time depends upon the chicken you are using.

    Add the chillies, chopped ginger, garlic, carrot, beans and capsicums. Let it cook for 2-3 mins.

  4. 4

    Now mix the rice flour in some water and pour into the chicken. Stir continously for around 2 mins to prevent from forming lumps.

  5. 5

    Add the spring onion, coriander leaves and coarsely crushed sichuan pepper. Give a quick stir and take off the heat.
