Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbesan
  2. 1/2 cupsemolina
  3. 1/2 cupfresh coriander chopped
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. to tasteRed chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a big bowl add semolina, besan and fresh coriander, salt and red chilli powder mix well make lumps free batter.

  2. 2

    Heat a nonstick pan, spread batter,, apply 2 tsp oil.

  3. 3

    Flip and again apply oil.

  4. 4

    Then flip again, cooked both side.

  5. 5

    Cut with shape cutter.Make different shapes.
