In a small pot, bring water and sugar to a boil and whisk cocoa, vanilla, salt, and corn syrup

Whisk until all of the solids have dissolved.

Reduce sauce until slightly thickened.

Strain and cool room temp.

Pour into any container you would like.

Squeeze into a cold glass of milk and stir or serve onto your fav ice cream. It's fat free
