Ingredients

  • 1/4 kggreen peas
  • 1/4 kgwhite chole(soaked @4 hours and cooked)
  • 100 gtomato chopped
  • 100 gonion chopped
  • 1 tspdhaniya powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspjeera powder
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspchilli powder
  • pinch turmeric powder
  • Tadaka
  • Curry leaves
  • 1Lemon (juice)

Steps

  1. 1

    Take chole put into pressure due to wait 4 vissiles

  2. 2

    After that strain water..keep a side chole..put cadai and switch on firm add tadaka fri 1 min next add chopped onions,chillies, curry leaves add it fri until it's soft

    Now add green peas...fri next add tomatos

    Tomatos it's becomes soft

    Now add chole add salt,Chilli powder mix well

    Next add turmeric powder,daniya,jera powders,garam masala add and mix well

  7. 7

    Finally add lemon juice..it gives good taste..ready to serve green peas chole sabzi
