Ingredients

  1. Crust
  2. 1 packages5.5 ounce. sugar free shortbread cookies, I used Murrays Shortbread with pecans and chocolate chips
  3. 1/4 cupbutter, melted
  4. Cheesecake
  5. 2 packages8 ounce each. cream cheese
  6. 1/2 cupsour cream
  7. 1/4 cupmilk
  8. 2 largeeggs, lighly beaten
  9. 1 tspvanilla extract
  10. 2 tbspbutter
  11. 2/3 cupsweetener, like Splenda or Stevia
  12. 9 ozpackage. sugar free chocolate chips
  13. 1/2 cupchopped nuts, pecans

Steps

    Preheat oven to 300°F

    FOR THE CRUST

  3. 3

    Pulverize cookies to crumbs

  4. 4

    Pour melted butter over crumbs and blend well

  5. 5

    Press in greased 8 inch spring form pan

  6. 6

    Bake at 300°F for 10 minutes

  7. 7

    FOR THE FILLING

  8. 8

    Melt chocolate chips and butter, set aside

  9. 9

    Blend sour cream ,milk, vanilla, eggs, creamcheese, and Splenda until smooth

  10. 10

    Stir in chocolate mixture and nuts until blended

  11. 11

    Pour over crust

  12. 12

    Bake at 300°F for 45 minutes or until center is almost set.

  13. 13

    Turn off oven

  14. 14

    Leave cheesecake in oven for 1 hour, remove

  15. 15

    Let cool for 4 hours

  16. 16

    Serve and enjoy
