3 tbspGranulated white sugar
2 largeEggs
3 tbspWater
1as needed Nutella
1as needed Bananas

Beat eggs with water . In a plate mix the cinnamon and sugar.
Take crust off bread . Flatten with rolling pin. Spread Nutella or add banana purée. Roll it up .dip in French toast batter,then roll in cinnamon/sugar mix. Fry seam down in a pan until golden and crispy on all sides . Enjoy
