1 canMedium Shrimp (drained)
1 tbspOlive Oil
2 tbspFineley Chopped Onion
2 tbspAll Purpose Flour
1/2 tspBasil Leaves
1 cupMilk
3 tbspParmesan Cheese
12 ozFettuchini (cooked)

In medium saucepan, beat oil.

Add onion.

Cook over low heat for one minute

Stir in flour and basil gradually add milk, stirring until smooth
5

Cook 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Stirring consistently.

Stir in shrimp and cheese, add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve over fettuchini noodels.
