Oil Plank Surface
Must be seasoned with oil before each use (8-10 times). The Plank will become well-seasoned after continued use and then will only need seasoning (oil) occassionally. - 2
Preheat in cold oven to 350°F for 10 min

Roast and serve from Plank (20-30 min)

Easy to Clean - Place under running water, clean with a soft brush.

To rekindle a stronger wood flavor after repeated use, lightly sand the top of the oval with a fine sandpaper.

Warning: Adhere to temperature and baking times. Use only in oven; not on grills.
A characteristic of wood is to sometimes crack when heated, but the tightening rods on either end of the plank will prevent the board from splitting.
