Steps

Take the lauki and grate.

Add besan to it and green chilli garam masala and turmeric powder and make them in to balls

Take these and fry them in to the oil until golden brown.

Take a wok add oil and ginger garlic paste

Add chopped onion and fry until cooked and light brown.

Add the garam masala turmeric and the salt and the tomato puree
- 7
Let the gravy be cooked and add little water to get good consistency
- 8
Add the koftas to it and bring to a boil.
