Leek Paratha
Fist time try and taste is marvelous, amazing.
Steps

Adding egg and milk while kneading the dough makes the Paratha soft.first boil the potatoes and peel them. The potatoes should be mashed very well.then Fry onion,then add ginger garlic paste.

Add leek fry 5_10 minutes

Add aloo,salt, turmeric powder,mirchi,masala.

Add kasuri methi.

Then prepare Paratha..
