4potatoes peeled and clean
Cheese grated a handful is more than enough
1 tbspoil
Spices of your choice(i used rosemary ginger and paprika)

Cut your potatoes into 2 pieces(halfway) each

Cut thin slices

Arrange the slices as in the photo

Roll from up (the first piece)downwards

Place on greased cupcake tray

Mix oil and your spices and salt then sprinkle on your potatoes sprinkle your cheese too on top

Bake in a preheated oven at 180•c for about 15 minutes or until tender u can prick with a tooth pick
