12 roses
  • 4potatoes peeled and clean
  • Cheese grated a handful is more than enough
  • 1 tbspoil
  • Spices of your choice(i used rosemary ginger and paprika)
  • to tasteSalt

  1. 1

    Cut your potatoes into 2 pieces(halfway) each

    Cut thin slices

    Arrange the slices as in the photo

    Roll from up (the first piece)downwards

  5. 5

    Place on greased cupcake tray

    Mix oil and your spices and salt then sprinkle on your potatoes sprinkle your cheese too on top

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180•c for about 15 minutes or until tender u can prick with a tooth pick
