This blissful Khichdi is indeed an ideal healthy choice for those who even don't want to consume carbohydrates such as rice.The veggies pulses & broken wheat together gives a wonderful taste.😊

To begin with this recipe take a pressure cooker preferably small(2-3ltrs).Into it put dry roasted Cumin and mustard seeds followed by adding boiled tomatoes puree & green chilli mix & cook it for a while.

Once done add chopped cauliflower carrots green peas mix and cook them for a minute. Afterwards sprinkle masala(turmeric,salt and mixed herbs) over it.Give it a nice mix.

Furthermore add yellow dal semolina and broken wheat followed by adding water.Mix well.Now pressure cook it on high till 2 whistles then later keep it on simmer for 5-7 minutes.Turn off the gas & Once the pressure is released Relish hot with minty Curd.😊
