Ingredients

15 smallto medium jalapenos
1 tsponion powder
1 tspgarlic powder
1/2 tspsalt
8 ozcream cheese, softened
12 ozbacon, cooked and crumbled
4 ozAsiago or Gouda cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 400°

Cut peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and veins
3

In medium bowl, mix all other ingredients until well blended
4

Spoon cheese mixture into peppers
5

Bake for 20-25 minutes until stuffing begins to brown and peppers are soft
6

Enjoy!!!
