Ingredients

  • 15 smallto medium jalapenos
  • 1 tsponion powder
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 8 ozcream cheese, softened
  • 12 ozbacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 ozAsiago or Gouda cheese, shredded

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400°

  2. 2

    Cut peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and veins

  3. 3

    In medium bowl, mix all other ingredients until well blended

  4. 4

    Spoon cheese mixture into peppers

  5. 5

    Bake for 20-25 minutes until stuffing begins to brown and peppers are soft

  6. 6

    Enjoy!!!
