Ingredients

  1. 500 galoo
  2. 500 gmbesan
  3. 1 tspgreen chilli
  4. 1 tspginger- garlic
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. For tadka
  7. 1 tspoil
  8. 1 tspRai,jeera,uraddal
  9. 3-4Kadhi patta
  10. 1/2 tspHaldi

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all u take bowl add boil and mashed aloo and add all masala.

  2. 2

    And keep aside.

  3. 3

    Prepare besan khira.

  4. 4

    Take a bowl add besan,salt,haldi and water.

  5. 5

    And make aloo balls and pour in besan khira.

  6. 6

    And add hot oil and fry it.

  7. 7

    Serve hot with chutney ya souce.
