This pie is quick and easy to put together, then you can sit back and relax.
Cooking Instructions

Grate together celery & carrots, finely chop the chilli & fresh parsley including stalk. Mix all together with zest of lemon
- 2
Squeeze the juice of lemon over the mixed fish
- 3
Using individual pie dishes or a large layer the celery & carrot mixture on the bottom, layer grated cheese next then fish mixture on top.
- 4
Finally spread over the mash potato and bake for 40 min on gas mark 6. Serve with veg.
