Had some leftover sausage from BBQ and decided to incorporate with pasta.

Heat oil in skillet over medium heat

Add sausage and chopped peppers

Cook until light brown or no longer pink

Add onion, garlic and tomatoes. Meanwhile, boil water and cook pasta.

Add cream and salt.

Simmer until sauce thickens.

Drain pasta and mix in the sauce.

Add Parmesan to taste.
