Really good! My family loves when I make this! It's very easy and fast and it is perfect for working parents who don't have that much time to spend in the kitchen.

Ingredients

30 mins
6 servings
  1. 1 lbGround beef or turkey
  2. 1 packagesTaco Seasoning
  3. 1 canChilli (meat and beans)
  4. 1 cupSalsa
  5. 1 packagesGrated Cheese
  6. 1 canRed Enchilada Sauce
  7. 1 packagesMedium Size Flour Tortilla Shells

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

Brown the meat in a pan. Drain the meat and then add the taco seasoning according to the directions on the package.

  2. 2

Add the chili and the salsa to the pan with the seasoned meat. Stir all together. No extra seasoning is needed.

  3. 3

    Preheat the oven to 350.

  4. 4

In a large pan, over the bottom with cooking spray then a few spoons fulls of enchilada sauce to cover bottom of pan.

  5. 5

On a separate plate fill the middle of one tortilla with two pinches of cheese and about three spoon fulls of the meat mixture. Roll it up like a burrito (google how to wrap a burrito). Place burritos in the pan one by one, next to each other.

  6. 6

Once the pan is full. Take a spoon and cover each burrito with enchilada sauce. Don't drown the burritos. Use just enough sauce to cover each one.

  7. 7

Cover with foil and bake 40 minutes.

  8. 8

Once done uncover...add cheese to the top of the burritos and bake for about 5 more minutes. Or until cheese is melted.

  9. 9

Once finished, you can top your burrito with sour cream, guacamole, lettuce, or salsa. What ever you like to use as toppings. ENJOY!
