  2. 15 ozricotta
  3. 1 cupmozzarella
  4. 1/4 cupparmesan
  5. 1egg
  6. 10 ozspinach
  7. 2 1/2 cuptom sauce
  8. 1salt pepper

  1. 1

    thaw spinach, squeeze out as much liquid as possible

  2. 2

    combine spinach ricotta moz parma egg pepper salt-mix until well combined

  3. 3

    preheat 400 spray casserole dish

  4. 4

    thin layer of filling to all edges of noodle

  5. 5

    roll up and place in dish

  6. 6

    pour tom sauce over all the rolls

  7. 7

    cover w/ foil bake 30 mins
