Wash Sago Seeds n soak in water for half an hour.

After half an hour drained water and keep bowl in room temperature for 3-4 hours with cover. In between stir occasionally it with spoon.

Heat a pan n heat oil. Tempering cumin seeds. Add chopped onion. (if you use, me didn't use) add ginger paste n tomato chopped, stir continuously.

Add all chopped veggies which u want to use, add rock salt n green chilli, cook for five-minute, when veggies become soft add Sago Seeds, mix well.

Now add roasted Peanut n Sprinkle black pepper. It's done now take out n garnish with cilantro leaves.

U can eat with extra dip like sauce or Indian chutny.
