Ingredients

  1. 800 gchicken thighs
  2. 250 gfrozen diced onion
  3. 5 cmginger chopped finely
  4. 3garlic cloves
  5. 2green chillis
  6. 400 gtin of chopped tomatoes
  7. 2 tspGaram masala
  8. 1 tspcoriander
  9. 2 tspcumin
  10. 3cardamom pods
  11. 200 gGreek yoghurt
  12. Salt and pepper
  13. 2chicken stock cubes
  14. 1 tspsugar
  15. 1-2 tspchilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Add onion to 1 tbsp oil. Fry 10 min on medium heat. Add chilli, ginger and garlic.

  2. 2

    Add chicken (diced into 2cm cubes)

  3. 3

    Add tinned tomatoes, seasoning and spices. Put lid on pan and cook on medium heat for 10-15min until reduced.

  4. 4

    Add yoghurt and stir in

  5. 5

    Taste and add seasoning as required

  6. 6

    Serve with rice and daal
