  • 2 lbhoney comb
  • 12guajillo dried peppers
  • 1 1/2onion
  • 2 clovegarlic
  • 1salt
  • 1 canof garbanzo beans
  • 1cilandro
  • 1limes

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook for at least 3 hours.This meat takes a while to get soft and tender.

  2. 2

    Place the dried peppers in a pot of water.Let them cook yhete until the peppers are nicely soft.

  3. 3

    Dice up the onion in small cubes.Than dice up the cilandro.Mix together
