100 gButter or magerine
50 gCaster sugar
Pinchsalt

Sift the flour and salt

Mix in magerine and sugar with flour

Combine all ingridients to a smooth paste

Roll carefully on floured table,make round shape 1/2 cm thick.place on a lightly greased baking sheet.

Mark into desired size and shape.prick with fork.

Bake in a moderate oven at 180 -200 C for 15-20 minutes
