Beetroot Paneer Stuffed Sagoo Bombs

In a large bowl mix boiled potatoes, soaked saboodana, green chillies,coriander leaves, crushed peanuts, salt and pepper.

Mix and mash it properly.
Take paneer in a small bowl and add beetroot juice, little salt, coriander leaves, green chillies. Mix well. - 3
Now take little portion of potato mixture and spread it on ur palm and stuff paneer mixture. Bind it and make balls of it

Heat oil in pan and deep fry balls on medium heat.

Fry all accordingly

Garnish bombs on beetroot slices on bed of fresh coriander leaves.

Serve it hot and enjoy with Rose flavoured yogurt dip.
