Preheat oven to 350°F

Cut broccoli into florets and pile on to baking tray.

Drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil, scatter with garlic, salt, and pepper. Use fingers to toss, then spread out over tray into a single layer.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until the tops of the florets are slightly browned. The broccoli should be "tender crisp", meaning cooked through, but not floppy.

Remove from oven and immediately drizzle with lemon juice and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Toss to combine. Scatter lemon zest and Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
