Take a boiling water 2 glass.. add roasted samak rice boil for 5 min. Drain extra water keep aside

TKe a kadayi add ghee,zeera,kaju saute for a m8n add paneer and green chutney mix it well.

Now add drained samaak rice mix it well top up with chopped pudina and dhania. Serve with kheera raita.
