  1. 1/2Fresh Baguette
  2. 3large eggs
  3. 1fresh red pepper
  4. 1/4 bunchfresh dill
  5. 1/4 bunchchopped parsley
  6. 1/2 stickmozzarella cheese
  7. 1 tbsphoney mustard sauce
  8. 1Salt and pepper
  9. dashof butter
  10. 1/2 canluncheon meat

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    cut the meat and mozzarella into small cubes

  2. 2

    put some butter on a frying pan and scramble up the eggs adding S&P for taste

  3. 3

    when the eggs are halfway done, add meat and cheese and mix while frying

  4. 4

    while it's getting done spread the honey mustard sauce on the baguette

  5. 5

    place the scrambled eggs on the baguette and garnish with the dill, parsley and pepper

  6. 6

    optional : fry the bread in some of the leftover grease from the frying the eggs
