1/5 cupwarm water
as neededDesi ghee for fry..

Take a large mixing bowl and add the all ingredients of warm water mix well and make soft dough....

Divide the dough equal parts and make small balls

Heat desi ghee in a karai and deep fry cheez patato ball on medium flame for about 5-10 mins or till they golden brown and crispy...
