Ingredients

25 minutes
3 servings
  1. 4potatoes boiled,peeled and cut into1/2 inch cubes
  2. 1chopped tomato
  3. 1 tbspghee
  4. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  5. 1lemon juice
  6. 1/2 tspchat masala
  7. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  8. 2chopped green chilies
  9. 1/2 tspcoriander powder crushed
  10. 3-4 tbsppeanut roasted
  11. 1/4 cupFresh coconut grated (optional)
  12. 2 tbspFresh coriander leaves
  13. 1/2 tsprock salt

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a nonstick pan, add cumin seeds.

  2. 2

    Seeds begin to colour change add green chilies and saute add potatoes saute till crisp.

  3. 3

    Add peanut, salt, black pepper, chat masala, coriander crushed, lemon juice, and chopped tomato mix well.

  4. 4

    Cover and cook on medium heat for 5-6 minutes

  5. 5

    Transfer into serving plate garnish with coriander leaves serve hot.
