  1. 1 cupLobhia/Black Eyed Beans
  2. 2 tbspOil
  3. 3/4 tspMustard
  4. 1 tspSplit Blackgram/Urad Dal
  5. 1/8 tspAsafoetida/Hing Powder
  6. 1 tspGrated Ginger
  7. 7Curry Leaves
  8. 1Dry Red Chilli
  9. 2Green Chilli(Slit vertically)
  10. 3 tbspGrated Coconut
  11. 1 tspSalt

Steps

25 mins
  1. 1

    Pressure cook the lobhia for 3 whistles.

  2. 2

    Heat oil. Papaya up the mustard.

  3. 3

    Add Urad Dal. Saute.

  4. 4

    Now add in the hing and curry leaves. Saute.

  5. 5

    Add grated ginger, broken red chilli and green chilli. Saute.

  6. 6

    Now add the cooked lobhia.

  7. 7

    Stir cook for a few mins.

  8. 8

    Add salt and grated coconut. Mix well.

  9. 9

    Offer Lobhia Usli/Sundal to Lord Sri Krishna. Honor Krishna Prasadam.
