Steps

Pressure cook the lobhia for 3 whistles.

Heat oil. Papaya up the mustard.

Add Urad Dal. Saute.
- 4
Now add in the hing and curry leaves. Saute.
- 5
Add grated ginger, broken red chilli and green chilli. Saute.

Now add the cooked lobhia.

Stir cook for a few mins.

Add salt and grated coconut. Mix well.
- 9
Offer Lobhia Usli/Sundal to Lord Sri Krishna. Honor Krishna Prasadam.
