1/2 kgpaneer
1 bowlkuttu flour
1 tspgrated ginger
1 tspchopped green chiilies
1 tspsalt
1 pinchblack pepper powder
For dip
1 bowlhung curd
1 tspsalt
as neededChopped coriander

Take kuttu flour in a bowl

Add salt ginger green chillies and water to make a batter

Now cut paneer like stik

Dip paneer stik in batter and fry in desi ghee

For dip

Take yogurt add chopped coriander salt and black pepper beat it

Now serve paneer stik with yogurt dip
