Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgpork
  2. 3large onions
  3. 1large green pepper
  4. 3tomatoes
  5. Cooking oil
  6. 1 bunchterere leaves
  7. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Chop the onions, pork, green pepper and tomatoes separately.

    Put the pork in a sufuria then cover, and put it on medium heat.

  3. 3

    Add 2 onions and the green pepper, stir and cover again.

  4. 4

    Add salt and 2 tomatoes and some little oil, stir well and cover. Let the meat stay on fire till it's well cooked.

    With the remaining 1 onion and tomato, fry the chopped terere leaves but do not over cook.

  6. 6

    Once they are ready, enjoy with ugali.
