  • Crumble
  • 2 cupoats
  • 2 cupflour
  • 1 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  • 2 tspcinnamon
  • 1/2 tspnutmeg
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspbaking soda
  • 1 cupbutter
  • Filling
  • 2 tbspwhite sugar
  • 2 tbspcornstarch
  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • 5 cup(1250 ml) cup berries

Steps

  1. 1

    butter 12x8 inch (3L dish)

  2. 2

    stir together crumble ingredients and pat 2\3 into bottom of the dish

  3. 3

    stir together filling ingredients until berries are evenly coated

  4. 4

    pour filling onto crumble and sprinkle remaining crumble mixture on top

  5. 5

    bake in 350°F Fahrenheit oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until topping is golden and a little crisp
