Wash and soak sabudana for 4-5 hours and then drain extra water and keep aside

Take a pan put milk and boil

Now add sabudana and cook on medium flame till sabdana cooked and soft

Now add sugar and saffron stire well and cook till sugar is dissolved and get thik consistency now add cardamom powder and cool it and then Blend it

Heat a pan put sugar and stire it cook till sugar is Caramelized now add chopped almonds and stire it and keep aside

Take a glass put chopped mango and pour sabudana mixture and top of mango sprinkle caremlaized almond

Caremlaized sago mango twest is ready
searve chilled
