Muli Bori Chorchori
Authentic Bengali cuisine to enjoy on lunch

Clean the raddish properly. Peel and cut into thin slices

Steam the cut pieces in a cooker with little water till it is softened

Heat a pan and add some oil to it. Fry the Bori pieces and keep it aside.

Add some more oil if needed and add Jeera onto it. Add the grated coconut and turmeric into it and saute for 2-3 mins

Once done add the steamed raddish and mix well. Add salt and sugar as per taste and some water.Let it cook for 5 mins

Add the fried Bori and mix. Put some Bori and green chillies to garnish on top
- 7
Remove and serve with hot rice
