Add samak rice and one cup water in a pressure cooker, take 1-2 whistles.

Grate the boiled potatoes.

Add samak rice, grated potatoes, chopped green coriander, green chillies, salt and black pepper in a mixing bowl.

Mix well with hand properly.

Make cheela on a plastic sheet.

Put cheela on Tawa shallow fry from both sides.

Serve with aloo tamatar gravy, kheer and aloo chat.

Ready to eat yummy platter for fast.
