Ingredients

5-10 minutes
4 servings
  1. 4boneless/skinless chicken thighs
  2. 1 cupbell pepper
  3. 1/2 cupsliced onions
  4. 3 tspolive oil
  5. 1 tbspdried Basil
  6. 1 tbspdried oregano
  7. 1 tspsea salt
  8. 1 tbsplemon juice

Steps

5-10 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat pan and add olive oil. Put in low to medium heat.

  2. 2

    Mix basil, oregano, and sea salt on a shallow bowl.

  3. 3

    Rub chicken in mixture and set aside for 1 minute.

  4. 4

    Place chicken in heated pan. Add lemon juice.

  5. 5

    Add the onions and pepper.

  6. 6

    Baste chicken until brown and cooked.
