Chop green chillies and coriander leaves. Make a powder of cloves, coriander seeds,pepper, cinnamon and keep it aside

Heat ghee in a pan. Add mustard, jeera curry leaves and saute well. Add chopped chillies and saute, then add bay leaf, cardamom, cashew nuts and raisins and saute well. Add grounded masala powder, salt and off the gas. Add chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice. Mix it well with rice. Cardamom rice is ready to serve.serve it with curd rayita or butter milk.

Musk melon and sapota juice.cut the skin of musk melon and remove seeds and cut into pieces. Remove the skin and seeds of sapota and cut into pieces.

Remove seeds of dates, and keep raisins, cashew nuts and dates in water for half an hour. Soak in water for half an hour Then grind it in mixer. Then grind musk melon pieces and sapota pieces. Add one glass water. No need to add sugar. Serve it cold with ice cubes.
