6Potatoes, peeled + cubed
2Leeks, chopped
2Onions, chopped
1Rib celery, sliced
1 tbspDried parsley flakes
1 tspSalt
1Pepper
1/3 cupButter
4 cupChicken broth
1 cupWater
13 ozCan evaporated milk
1Chopped chives

Steps

Combine all ingredients except milk and chives in slow cooker.

Cover. Cook on Low 10-12 hours, or High 3-4 hours. Stir in milk during last hour.

If desired, mash potatoes before serving.

Garnish with chives.
