  • Dressing
  • 3 cupWater Boiling
  • 6 cupCelery Chopped
  • 2 cupOnion Minced
  • 2 stickButter Salted
  • 4 tspPoultry Seasoning
  • 3 tspPepper Black
  • 1 tbspSalt
  • 6 quartBread Cubed Dried
  • 3 largeEggs
  • Meat
  • 18 lbTurkey
  • 1Brown in Bag

Steps

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    Simmer celery in boiling water until tender (15 to 20 minutes). Reserve 6 cups of celery water.

  3. 3

    Saute onion in butter over low heat until tender, but not brown.

  4. 4

    Combine bread, seasonings, celery, onion, and reserved liquid in large bowl. Mix well.

  5. 5

    Stuff cavities.

  6. 6

    Bake at 350°
