Ingredients

  • 1Buy. 1 box of won ton pi or squares
  • 2Combine 3/4 pound fresh ground pork, half a pound finely chopped shrimp, 10 water chestnuts finely chopped, 6 stocks of green onions finely chopped, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon shoyu, dash of white pepper, 1 tablespoon sweet wine. mix well
  • 3Place. 1/2 teaspoon of pork mixture in the center of the wonton square. Brush the edges with water. Fold in half and twist the corners.
  • 4Fry. In the deep fat oil until golden brown.
  • 5Serve. Plain or with hot mustard and shoyu sauce.
