Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lbyukon gold potato
  • 2 cupsour cream
  • 2 cupshredded cheddar
  • 12 ozfrench fried onion
  • 2 tspsalt
  • 2 tsppepper
  • 2 lbboneless skinless chicken breast
  • 26 ozcream of mushroom
  • 16 ozfrozen corn thawed and dried
  • 2 tspground mustard
  • 1 tbspgarlic powder

    preheat oven 375

  2. 2

    Combine 1 cup sour cream, 1 cup shredded cheese, French fried onions, salt and 1 teaspoon pepper into bottom of baking dish

  3. 3

    cook chicken on stovetop, combine the rest of ingredients and spread over mixture

  4. 4

    sprinkle remaining cheese on top bake for 45mins
