  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1/2 cupbutter
  • 1 cupflour
  • 1/2 tspbaking soda
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 tspcinnamon
  • 2 smallapples, peeled and cubed

    Preheat oven 350°

    Cream together eggs, sugar, and butter

  3. 3

    Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon

  4. 4

    Fold in diced apple

  5. 5

    Pour in 8x8 greased pan

  6. 6

    Bake for 30-35 minutes
