Sift flour and baking powder in a bowl,add sugar.break and whisk eggs add sugar and whisk again.

Heat up vegetable oil,mould the mixture and drop inside the oil to fry.turn the other side to fry.onces is brown select out and put in a sieve to drain the oil.
