  1. 1Baingan roasted
  2. 2finely chopped tomato
  3. 1 cupboil matar
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1/2 tspReady Chilli powder
  6. 1 tspgaram masala
  7. as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan add finely chopped tomato cook till then soft.

  2. 2

    Add salt,mirchi powder, garam masala and mix if well.

  3. 3

    Add boil matar and roasted baigan.

  4. 4

    Mix well.bartha is ready.
