lovely jubbly my favourite recipe i have ever done
Steps

put the icecream milk and vannilla essence in a saucpan amd slowly bring to a boil

remove from the heat and leave to infuse for 20 minutes then return to the heat and bring to the boil.

beat the egg yolks and sugar together in a bowl ,pour on the hot cream mixture stirring then strain back into the pan. heat gently stirring until thickened enough to coat the back of the wooden spoon, do not boil

transfer to a bowl and leave to cool freeze in an icecream maker according to the mannufacturers directions,or in a freezeproof container,beating from time to time to break down the ice crystals.

split the bannanas in half
- 6
set out the bannanas and scoop the icecream onto the plate
- 7
optional: squirt the choclate over the bannana and icecream
